Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order to you as quickly as we can.  Items will be dispatched, once payment has been received (pre-orders excluded).  

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work closely with both Sendle and Australia Post to deliver your goodies safely and as quickly as possible.

All orders are dispatched with Authority to Leave (ATL), unless otherwise stated on your order comments. If you do not wish ATL to be allowed on your delivery, please ensure this is stated in your order notes at checkout with delivery instructions.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting your payment.  

Many of our products are sourced internationally and as such can be subject to delays outside our control.  We will endeavour to keep you up to date with any delays to your pre-order purchase beyond the estimated arrival date.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS

Unfortunately once you have placed an order we are unable to guarantee we can change your address; albeit, please contact us as soon as possible if you require changes to your address and we will do our utmost to assist.
