Changes to Orders


Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. Refunds will not be provided on shipping costs, both to and from the customer. Refunds will not be issued if the goods arrived broken or used.


Change of mind refunds must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. Strictly no refunds or store credits on Sale, Wholesale, Discounted or Clearance items.


In the unlikely event your goods have arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your order, with your order number, full name, pictures and description of the damaged goods. Once we have assessed the item, we will either refund the purchase price, or provide a replacement at the discretion of My Pickle Jar Co.


If for some reason, the product you have received is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the product you have received, and any faults so that we may assist you in a timely manner.
